Reasonably Priced

There may come a time when you will need personal assistance or just a little help with your daily routines. This may be anything from medication reminders to assistance with personal grooming and ambulating to the dining room for meals. Interim Home Health & Private Duty is available to provide this type of service. Our 4 Active Living Support Packages offer reasonably priced services on a monthly basis.

Medicare Services

If you require more services than those delivered in our 4 Active Living Support Packages, we can evaluate your need for intermittent skilled services under your Medicare benefit (skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy). Since Medicare requires that specific care criteria be met, one of our Medicare specialty nurses will evaluate your needs and confer with your physician regarding admission into the Medicare program.

4 Active Living Support Packages Available

Interim Home Health & Private Duty has 4 Active Living Support Packages available in your community 24 hours a day. An initial review is done by an Interim HealthCare nurse to help determine the appropriate services needed. Periodic reviews will be done to determine if any changes have occurred in your needs.

We have designed specific packages of care for the community. You can also build a package to include the following services:

• Nursing Visits: RN / LPN visit to monitor vital signs and weight, perform reviews of medical needs and communicate with your Physician.
• Medication Assistance: We can order prescriptions and provide weekly medication set-ups by our licensed nurse. Medication reminders can be provided up to 4 times per day.
• Assistance with Physical Enhancements: Our caring staff can assist you with support hose, braces, prosthetics, and medical items needed.
• Individual baths: can be added to basic packages or purchased individually.
• Laundry: We offer light personal laundry. The resident supplies all laundry products, ironing is not available.
• Daily personal care assistance
• Escorts to meals and activities
• Light meal preparation available
• Meal delivery and set-up
• Change Colostomy/ Ostomy
• Incontinence Care
• Assurance checks
• Morning and Bedtime Assistance
• Nighttime care available
• Bathing assistance
• Blood Glucose monitoring
• Monitor weight
• Monitor Blood Pressure
• Additional Services are available. Some services can be purchased individually per occurrence.

Services Available at Your Kingswood Senior Living Center

Should neither Wellness nor Medicare services be enough to meet your needs, Interim Home Health & Private Duty offers Private Hourly Care. Your needs will be reviewed by a licensed nurse and the cost of hourly care will be presented.

If at any time it is necessary for you to be admitted to the hospital, Interim Home Health & Private Duty will help with your transition from the hospital back to your active living community.
