The Health Center at Kingswood provides Private Pay Skilled Nursing Services. In addition to our long-term resident services, we offer short-term services enabling family members to feel confident their loved one is safe and secure when there is a need for high quality skilled services on a short-term basis.

Respite Care:

Short-term overnight skilled services from 1 day up to 45 days.

Day Care Services:

Skilled nursing services for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 12 hours.

A Few Quick Facts:

Residents utilizing our short-term services may participate in all activities and group outings.

Respite and Day Care Residents and all Family Members are welcome to participate in all Support Group sessions offered at Kingswood.
