The Health Center at Kingswood

The Health Center at Kingswood is part of the Kingswood Senior Living Community which is a not-for-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

We are licensed by the State of Missouri for 86 beds of skilled nursing care and certified by the State of Missouri to offer our outstanding quality nursing care to both Medicare and Medicaid recipients.

The Health Center at Kingswood provides Skilled Nursing Services to all area seniors; not just the existing residents of the Kingswood Senior Living Community.
