Friendly Felines and a Couple of Compassionate Canines
Kingswood is home to more than a dozen furry friends. Our pet policy was established in 2004, allowing residents to have one fur bearing pet per residence that weighs under 30 pounds and stands no more than 18” at the shoulder.
If for any reason, pets and your allergies don't get along - no worry. The residents with pets are located in buildings one, two or three and we have designated building four as completely pet free.
Whether you live in the apartments or the villas, you'll have the option to keep
your furry friend with you. We think this is an important factor in carrying on with
life as normal when you make a move to Kingswood.
What about a few of our pets...Venus is the companion of Sue Chellgren. She's a calico kitty who spends most of her time snoozing. Dr. Sauvan brought Rory with him when he moved to his new villa and they both now enjoy calling Kingswood home. We even have villa residents with someone famous living with them, Murphy Brown, an adorable Boston Terrier. Zoe is the furry feline companion of Marion Cook. Venus, Zoe and several other resident's feline friends thinks it's purr...fect living at Kingswood and Rory and Murphy Brown are a couple of pooches that are dog-gone happy to be living here!
