Kingswood has satisfied the needs and desires of residents for more than 29 years supporting them with our Continuing Care concept that includes our assisted living level of care. The Courtyards at Kingswood are designed for those who need assistance with the activities of daily living -- but not skilled nursing care. Our assisted living program is licensed and regulated by the State of Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services as Assisted Living. The services we provide help residents remain in their assisted living apartment as long as possible before a higher level of care becomes necessary. Thanks to a dedicated staff who provides consistently high levels of personal care, The Courtyards inspire confidence.

- Wake-up service
- Nursing visits
- Medication assistance
- Companion service
- Escort services for errands
- Escort services to dining
- Assistance with bathing
- Ambulation assistance
- Emergency calls
- Lab work coordination
- EKG or X-ray scheduling
- Blood sugar checks
- Dressing changes
- Medical on-site visits including specialists such as podiatrists, optometrists and internal medicine
- On-site physician examination room
